Uriel Ventris est un Space Marine luttant dans toutes les batailles selon le Codex Astartes. Lorsque sa mission, consistant à détruire un pont stratégique pour l’ennemi, tourne mal, il doit alors apprendre à s’adapter rapidement en dehors des préceptes de son Primarque Roboute Guilliman, ne comptant que sur sa seule initiative.
