The Kaban Project est à lire juste avant Mechanicum de l’Hérésie d’Horus. Ce récit est court mais bien rempli, avec de l’investigation, de l’action et même un peu de fluff. Vraiment agréable à lire.

Ce roman n’est pas parfait mais il est indispensable à cette Saga car il l’a fait avancer à sa façon. L’auteur nous dévoile un Vulkan qui devrait servir d’exemple à ses frères et qui ne sera probablement pas abandonné dans le futur de la série.

Avec cette nouvelle Gav Thorpe ne divertit même pas son monde et étouffe son récit sous des interrogations stratégiques qui auraient eu plus de sens si elles avaient été discutées avec Corax en personne. L'idée semblait bonne sur le papier, mais est clairement sous-exploitée ici.

Censure est un bon audio drama mais qui n'a malheureusement plus rien à nous offrir après toutes les histoires secondaires de Calth sorties à ce jour. Dommage car Nick Kyme poursuivait l'histoire de Thiel d'une jolie manière.

Cette nouvelle sans prétention vous donne envie de connaître la suite des évènements de Mortarion et de sa Légion maudite. En bonus ? Elle pose une petite question sans y répondre. Vous voilà donc agréablement frustré.
